Miles Supply in Barre hired us to cater their 2017 Holiday Party

Miles Supply rented the Barre Granite Museum for their corporate Christmas party this year and we were chosen to take of the food, full-service bar, tableware, and cleanup.

They decided on a customized version of our Italian Pasta Buffet which included:

• Hors d’oeuvres of shrimp cocktail, bacon-wrapped scallops, teriyaki meatballs, as well as cheese, vegetable, dip platter
• Two styles of pasta w/ our signature marinara, pesto, and alfredo sauces
• Chicken & Veal Parmesans
• Lasagna
• Garden Salads & Rolls
• Desserts were our original mason jar desserts: chocolate cream, peanut butter pie, and s’mores
